If you haven't already "upgraded" your Red Fox UK Community Forum Account, then you may be wondering how other forum members can access hidden forums and how they have a special user status and colour. This is because they have "upgraded" their forum account...

Red Fox Hosting Account Holders
To upgrade your forum account, you simply need to login at My Red Fox Hosting (https://my.redfoxhosting.com) using your Red Fox Hosting Account Number and Password.

Then, navigate to "Upgrade My Forum Account" in the left-hand menu.

On this page, simply enter your Red Fox UK Community Forum Username and Password and hit the Upgrade button.

This will then upgrade your forum account automatically, and the next time you login to the ed Fox UK Community Forum, your account will have the new status.
