Hello guys, I'am searching for simple and reliable ticket apllication. Just so that customers who mail me get a ticket nummer mailed back. I've look at kayako but it has way to many function I would never use. And believe it has poor usability too. Any good suggestions?
Hi Gang, What are people using for knowledgebase and ticket management on their sites? Any recommendations? Anything to avoid? What's easy to customise to the look of your site? Most of what I've found is PHP based and not easy to customise.
