Best shopping cart

I´m looking for a shopping cart. I´ve used oscommece. I wan´t, obviously, security.

Disadvantages:

• Didn´t like the admin section.
• The layout it´s pretty ugly

Advantages:

• Supposingly it´s the best php shopping system. (they say)
• I think it now has the paypal or 2checkout integration.

Which one you think is the best php based shopping cart?
Which one you think is the best asp based shopping cart?
