    Default Hi..A Few questions

    Hi

I have just started a basic reseller account. To test and check it out
Not that I plan to do any reselling just that I look after a few web sites for family and friends

Have been using another hosting service for a number of years and have got a bit stuck in my ways..I have 1 domain that was not bought by Red Fox but have changed the

    Primary Name Server: and
    Secondary Name Server: to redfoxhosting.com

but I cant seem to find out how to inform my control panal that there is a new domain coming in so that I can add a folder...ftp files to it and such

    Any help would be great

    Thanks..Dan

    Hi Dan,
Just to confirm - the nameservers you should have set on your domain names are:

    ns1.redfoxhosting.com
    ns2.redfoxhosting.com
    ns3.redfoxhosting.com
    ns4.redfoxhosting.com

Now since you have a reseller account - what you need to do is:

    1) Create an "unlimited" hosting plan - this means set all the features to have 9999 limits. You will use this plan for your own websites.

    2) Create a user which utilises the newly created hosting plan. You wil use this user for your own websites.

    3) Add your domains in the domains section of the newly created user.

This may be a little complex for what you need - wouldnt you be better off with a shared hosting plan if you dont plan on reselling? You are allowed unlimited domains on the shared plans.

    Warm Regards,
