    I wonder it very much. The most important feature for me is: I will be able to open reseller accounts however I am a reseller...

    Resellers can have resellers, and those resellers can have resellers and those resellers can have resellers... You get the picture

    Another great feature is that an account can have multiple logins. So account ACME Ltd can have Mark, John, Sarah logins etc...

    Hi,

    I liked the Right-Click context menus option. It really looks much cleaner.

    As you know Helm 4 beta released but I've never seen its demo. When I click trial button it always shows something like that http://www.webhostautomation.com/ILINK%7C459,%7C and gives The page cannot be found error.

    Did anyone see demo.

    My question is : When we can use helm 4 as RFH customer ?

    Helm 4 is more of an Alpha at this stage - once it is fully released we will upgrade 2-3 months later.

    What about the organization of the menus?
    I guess version 3, still have too deep menus...

    Anyway I like it more than HSphere
