Wordpress works well on RFH, the only possible stumbling block would be the URL rewriting for friendly URLs, as it is best geared towards mod_rewrite, which is not available here. It is however quite easy to set up friendly URLs with ISAPI_rewrite, which is available on RFH servers.

All our servers are now running ISAPI_Rewrite v3 which uses exact mod_rewrite syntax.
