    Default Default page not loading

I just created a new domain in my package, and put a file on there called default.html. When I go to the domain though it is forwarded to the default RFH holding page. I removed the file _holding.html and tried renaming the default page to .htm but it will still be forwarded. When accessing the file directly it works properly.
Is there any way I can change the default page settings for a domain? (or can a RFH employee fix this for me?)

    Try this:
    http://www.domain.com/?random=4823785922

If it works, it was your cache all along

It works, but after seeing it doesn't work I had someone else on a completely different computer check it out (who had never been to the domain) and that was the same story.

It was forwarded to my other domain and the DNS here apparently hasn't been updated yet as I'm being forwarded to that domain still. I'll see if it works again tomorrow when I'm back in work .

But on a slightly different subject: Is it possible for me to change the default document settings for my site(s)?

No, it must be index.ext or default.ext.

    index.php
    index.htm
    index.html
    default.asp
    default.aspx

    etc...
