    Any news on the current issues?

    No news for ages? No e-mail regarding my hosting? No reply to sent e-mails?

    I'm starting to worry

    James,
    We are under a severe distributed DOS attack, along with serveral other hosts and at this presnt moment of time we are unable to contain it.

    Rest assure, we are working around the clock to fix the problems (I myself have now been awake for 36 hours).

    Sorry didn’t realise you have big problems.

    I’m sure sections of the locked forums may have had this news but for "peasants" like me I didn’t know this was going on?

    Will I still be charged?

    Its being dicussed in private forums, yes.

    I dont understand your "will I be charged" question?

    Just so that you know I can confirm that Warren has been up for 36 hours. I can also assure you that he is working on the current issues.

    I'd also like to add I'm also just an RFH customer although I have been made a forum moderator.

    Will I be charged because I have signed & paid up for hosting which I haven’t received! Surely you realise that?

    Did my order not go through?

    I have been left in the dark now for two days without any contact what so ever? Splashing out money for something I haven't got!

    I can't answer for RFH, but as I'm sure you are aware there have been some serious problems to deal with over the last 50 hours or so. I am sure that Warren or an RFH staff member will be in touch soon.
