    Default Any password reset problem?

    Hello there.
I have recently forgot my Helm password, so I decided to use the reset form in Helm. I typed my E-mail and 1 mail has been sent to me a few minutes later; saying I should click a URL to reset the password.
In the URL it said the password has been reset and I should receive the new details soon, but I never got them. I tried to use the form for about 3 times untill I gave up and decided to ask in here; Is there any present problem with this form? I read there are a few mail problems, but its weird because I was still able to receive the first reset mail, plus the activation link for the forums.

Please tell me if its just a matter of time or anything, because after I clicked the reset button I dont even have access with my forgotton password because the cookie in my PC is now worthless and I have to maintain my website.

    Thanks in advance .

    Regards,
    Soul.

    Hey Soul,

It's a long shot (i.e. I don't really know! ), but it might be that someone at RF has to 'validate' your request...??

    Best,
    Steve

I need to be logged in to open a support ticket, and as I mentioned earlier I cannot do so because I cant know what the password was reset to.

I would just want to thank Warren for his great and fast work: Your company has the best customer support I've ever seen.
The matter was resolved about 2 minutes after I mailed Warren, and he quickly figured out it was just my mail server who was rejecting the mail for some weird reason.

Thank you, and Have a Merry Christmas!
