Is there an easy way I can backup my RFH MSSQL database?

If you go to my.redfoxhosting then there is a backup facility that will backup your domain's. You can also use it to backup your databases.

I didn't think to look in my.redfox I was clicking everywhere in helm looking for a backup option!
