FTP & Internet Explorer/Firefox

Does anyone know whether it is possible to access Redfox FTP through Internet explorer/Firefox?

Also whether it is possible to setup Web folders in windows?

I've added an FTP account on my reseller package to my network places, so I would expect its possible

I have a client that is doing this to store some documents, so that they are not accesible from a website for security reasons.
