We are all quick to moan when things go wrong, but not so quickto say "Thanks" when things go well.
I am extremely grateful to the help I received from Warren after midnight last night.
I was installing a completely new version of a website and hit a major snag and did not want to backout the changes. I desperately posted a note on the forum hoping to find a night owl who may be able to help. Warren responded, I rasied a ticket and within an hour with his help I had pinpointed the problem. (which was my mistake and nothing to do with Red Fox.)
From my point of view, considering the low cost of Red Fox, I think that is fantastic service beyond what can reasonably be expected.
