Default Reassigning a domain to a different hosting package in Helm

    Hi.

Is there a way to reassign a domain to another package in Helm?

I don't think you can move a single domain from one package to another but you can change the plan the domain's package is based on.

Yeah. I know that about changing the plan.

I wonder if (hope) Red Fox can do it with a support ticket though, as the only other way I can see is deleting and recreating domains, with the drastic consequences of deleting the web space, emails, and databases too.

Yes, we can move domains in Helm between users/packages. Nothing service wise changes, just a quick update to the Helm Database tells it which user/package the domain is listed under.

That's good news. I'm sure you have mentioned that in the past but I couldn't find it on the forums.
