    Default Email Delivery failure

    Hi

I have a automated email script that emails order conformation when my Pay Pal IPN script gets a verifiled payment, which has been working fine for quite sometime.

Of late I have been getting a number of mail delivery failures, so my question is can anyone shed any light on any known problems?, or has anything changed at RF?.

The email addresses that fail cover, btconnect.com, aol.com, comcast.net so as you see it's not confined to just one provider.

Or should I put a support ticket in?

Might sound like a silly question, but how exactly do you know? i.e. what evidence are you seeing - it might give us a clue?

At first glance it looks like a fake NDR, i.e. Spam, but someone more knowledgeable than me could say for sure.

What exactly do you mean by "attachment", what was in the subject, body and headers of the message you received?

I'm no expert either, but the following lines
    Code:
    X-Modus-RBL: *6.13*.23*.17*=BlackListed
    X-Modus-Trusted: *6.13*.23*.17*=NO
    have me suspicious

    Indeed.
What is that IP address, i.e. what does it resolve to - is it actually a mail server, if so which one?
And what do the RBL's and DNSreport say about it if it is?

    Still smells fake to me.....

The IP resolves to BT as part of a range of addresses,

It's my client website, and it's her that keeps getting the returned mail, could it be that her ISP IP address has been hijacked or blacklisted

Plug the IP in here and it will tell you... http://www.robtex.com/rbls.html

    Post the results here

If it's bad she needs to talk to (or change!) her ISP.
