    Default Ticket system

    Hello guys,

I'am searching for simple and reliable ticket apllication. Just so that customers who mail me get a ticket nummer mailed back. I've look at kayako but it has way to many function I would never use. And believe it has poor usability too.

    Any good suggestions?

I have no first hand experience of it, but at one point I signed up for a free trial of mojo helpdesk, which I promptley never got round to using. I was reminded about it with an email just this week. I guess there must have been something about it that had once attracted me, so you may find it worth checking out as an option.

I use Help Desk Pilot which is simple and easy to set up. There's an online demo at

    http://www.helpdeskpilot.com/helpdesk/demo.php

and also a free version to download, for one department (one email address)

Helpdeskpilot seems nice. I just give it a try, the setup is really easy indeed. Do you use it your self?

Pleased to hear you have it working.

I mostly use direct email for technical support as I only have a relatively small client base and I like to keep it personal. At one stage I thought I may need a ticket solution and found that Help Desk Pilot was the best and easiest that I'd come across, and it suited all my needs. I'm not using it at the moment but may add it soon to see if it is used.
