Asp.Net Appoinments booking systems

Does anyone know of a appointments booking system script, Asp.Net 2.0 hopefully free and with source code, so I can modfiy it

I haven't seen a full Appointment System, although I have come acorss this control which acts a bit like Outlooks calendar and should give you a good basis for building a system.
