Default create a copy of a database

    Hello,

I have two MSSQL 2005 databases on RFH both with identical structures... only one has data in it and the other doesnt.

Anyone know the best way to copy that data over to the empty DB?

    Many thanks

    Sam

Use the provided online database tools to backup the database and then restore the backup over the second database.
