Default I've got a file I cannot delete or edit

I've got a .htm file uploaded which I now can't delete, edit or write over. It's 0kb but I can't get rid of it!

I've tried via FTP and via the File Manager in Helm but it wont go.

Can anyone tell me how to sort it out?

If you are still having problems with the file open a support ticket and we will get this looked into for you - normally its caused by IIS locking the file but usually it lets go within an hour.
