    Default Pc to Apple migration...

So I was thinking of moving from a PC to an Apple...

All my adobe softwares are supported on the Mac, and the switched seemed easy... Then the development hit me... Are there any free and equally useful packages for managing MS SQL like SQL Server Studio Express...

I can't really answer your question because I've never looked at or used MS SQL personally. My experience of such things in general has been, unless it is MySQL and you buy the not perfect Mac version of Navicat, then you tend to be stuck using java based applications. There are quite a few of these and I'm sure some will probably have a lot of the functionality you are after, though they tend to be a bit clunky and not very OS X like.

For what it is worth, the places normally worth searching for available software are:
    VersionTracker
    MacUpdate
    and Apple - Downloads

Of course, you can fairly painlessly use all your old PC apps under virtualisation if you need to — Parallels, VMWare the most obvious — or using Apple's BootCamp.
Support for Microsoft technologies like MSSQL and .NET aside, in my opinion OS X is a great development environment.

I believe you can virtualisation tools for a mac so you can run window apps whilst in mac os.

To be honest you are going to struggle to find equivalent vs.net and sql server management studio appplications for the mac.

mac nice for surfing and edting images...oh and look nice

They look lovely... trying to figure out the .net development has caused a hickup in my great OS swap plan...

I don't want to have to use bootcamp and switch between OS to simply edit a DB...

    Another Dell, I guess...

As Nick mentioned virtualisation software is an option. I especially like Parallels, it can be set up to launch windows apps without having to even see the windows desktop (which is nice in some situations).
I do recommend that you checkout the vendors forums (Parallels and VMWare), i'm sure there may be many people on there with a similar situation as yourself.
