    Default helm themes EEWWWW

Why have all the nice HELM themes been taken away?
I hate that standard 4, and now cant find my way around!

Helm has been reset back to its normal skin and theme (icons), we are considering the value to customers of the skins and themes before bringing them back; to us they are a pain to deal with - especially with the upcoming changes to integrated systems.

From our point of view, the original Helm skin and theme is the most usable (for example all the other skins use often duplicated icons that are generic and don't depict their actual use).

I am not sure why anybody should not be able to find things now, it may look different but everything down to the icon positioning and ordering will be the same.

you get used to finding things by icons... for 3 years now ive used the same skin, the icons become recognisable.

Positionaing and ordering ISNT the same! The skin I used had (modern XP I think) had the ability to select which options I wanted down the left hand side, now im forced to have search fields that I dont want. And im sure something is missing from down the left hand side (cant tell you what now though!) The navigation is awful.....
As for the graphics/icons, they are all blocky and pixelated...the style is quite frankly tacky and ....well not very professional looking!

granted I never saw the reason behind around 90% of the themes- but to take them ALL away seems a little extreem.

wouldnt it have been better to consider the value of them to customers BEFORE you took them away?

I guess its no major issue.... but im not going to look forward to loging into that ugly mash of a page everyday!

You should be able to add domains though, Users > Account Name > Domains?

Mmmm... yea, im sure it was easier before though.

I dont mind not having the themes, but could we at least have a look at having one of the more modern XP themes installed as a default one rather than this clunky blocky looking thing?

Nope - I can personally assure you nothing has changed that would affect how you actually do stuff in the control panel.

No - they won't be touched. The reason for the change with Helm is due to the upcoming integration of Helm with our own accounts and billing systems.

Any chance of adding the 'Plastic XP - I think!?' theme back I got so used to using that, dont really like the generic one, Icons seem allot bigger, although I see you reasoning behind it. :S
