    3) Can resellers resell the Premier hosting service?

Yes, the service is unbranded like our regular shared hosting service and can be resold by those wishing too – a separate dedicated premier reseller account (at no additional cost) will be required to contain the Premier hosted domains.
If you have any questions or queries not answered here, or simply have any thoughts on the new Premier hosting service please get in touch with us via helpdesk ticket to the sales department or email sales@redfoxhosting.com.

    Feel free to discuss...
What about related databases - if they are to take advantage of dedicated DB resources too? Do we need to backp/restore to the new location or are you proposing to support that too?

Yes, they will be moved (by us if you like) to the new Premier server

Is it possible to make your own plans, as a reseller?

Because here the problem I am kind of facing. My "regular" hosting plans are:

    Space / traffic
    A: 50 MB & 5 GB
    B: 150 MB & 8 GB
    C: 250 MB & 15 GB
    D: 500 MB & 35 GB

This make's it a bit tricky to sell a plan of 8 GB space and 100 Gb of traffic. Even when this is a Premier hosting plan. The cost and resources of the Premier hosting compared to my regular hosting plans don't really match. (does my explaintion make any sense )

I know you pay per domain, and thats fine. But it would be nice if I can create my own plans that will have similar resources like egular hosting plans. This means that a part of the 8 GB is likely not going to be used, but thats fine by me.

Yes, as a reseller reselling premier you just buy a bunch of premier domains, all the resources will be totaled and then you can resell them as normal, dividing them out as you wish.

    Hi,

what is the email provision on Red Fox Hosting Premier?

Is there a seperate email server for Premier or is it distributed across the 'normal' email servers?

    Thanks.

The Premier service isolates Web and Database only, email would have been nice but the licensing costs of ModusMail makes this unfeasible and using a different email server software solution may over complicate things especially for those migrating existing domains.

Fair enough although, as email reliability is just as important as the sites themselves, I personally wouldn't be too unhappy if mail on RF Premier wasn't Vircom.

    Hi

What about the rest of the hosting resources, ftp / email / stats, subdomains, DB's etc.

Is there a particular plan that we can obtain this info from ?

A reseller could have an (1) account and host there applications
for their customer, all of them in a common domain like apps.mydomain.com?
