How do I create / connect to my database

Hello,
Right I've just signed up for professional shared hosting, I ve logged into helm but can't see anything to do with databases.

I want to get the connection string to my db so I can manag it using sql server management. (or from visual studio 2005 db browser).

Sorry, this is probably obvious but I ve looking everywhere and can't find anything!!
