Background
I have been using them my reseller account for sometime now, but have always self administered my accounts and looked after all the billing manually. - Not much of an issue when i only had a handfull of accounts.
My Plan
Now i am trying to steamline things a bit and have begun using the signup forms from helm and being looking at taking payments via the system - all that look great and very simple.
The problem
The problem that i have is that i want to migrate all my existing users onto a new hosting package that i have created (this i can do using the helm system under the users package) - but i want to get the system to start handling the billing and billing reminders for those customers too - How can this be done?- some customers need a renewal now - others have almost a year to go and some are in between - what does Helm use for the due date of accounts anyway ? - the invoice side of things or when the package was selected ?
Feeling lost on this now and need help ? - anyone ?
