I couldn't figure out where is the mistake. I configured custom Table Rate record which is supposed to be working but it is not.

I'd entered this:
150:19.99,300:9.99,10000:0.00
which means charge $19.99 upto $150, charge $9.99 between $150-$300 and after $300 its free, but it is not working, can anyone help?

The shipping cost is based on the total cost or weight of items. Example: 25:8.50,50:5.50,etc.. Up to 25 charge 8.50, from there to 50 charge 5.50, etc
