Accessing the control panel through prepropagation URL

I have a reseller account and a client wishes to access the control panel but the domain is pointing elsewhere. They can access FTP via the IP address and can view the website via the temp URL but how can they access the control panel?

Give them the address of your hosting domain (ie your main account)

They then log in via thier username & password and access the control panel that way. The cp of your domain is just a pointer to the helm control panel.

Advise that you get your forum account upgraded to a Reseller account you can then access the private reseller area of the forum. Think that you can do it via my.redfox somewhere
