    Default Website help needed

I help run a mini football team down our local football club, within the club there are 22 teams.
They have never had an up to date website so I stupidly offered to help, its fine updating your own teams section each week but keeping up and league tables, fixtures and results for 22 teams is a pain in the rear.

What I'm looking for is to build a site with the 22 teams on there (all as a template so they look the same) and let the individual managers update their own section, for this to happen I need to let each manager log on and upload pictures, change team news and such, I have looked around for templates I can use with dreamwaever but can not find anything that will help me out.

I have found a number of sites that have achieved what I want to achieve but not sure where to begin, if you take a look at
http://www.clubwebsite.co.uk/cliftonallwhites you will see there one of our teams has registered with this site and is exactly what I want to do for the whole club, so there will be multiple teams and each team will have its own login, does anybody know of a template, CMS or anyway of achieving my goal.

    Thanks all

    Martyn

    Hi

I am not a football fan so don't know if there is anything out there that is specfic to this problem, but I was thinking that Dotnetnuke might be an option, you could perhaps create 22 portals which would all have there own access control and could managed by the club themselves.

I manage a site for a client who do exactly this
    www.haslemeretownfc.org

They use a Joomla CMS, with each manager uploading match reports and results, as well as managing their own team lists.

Currently its a bit sparse as its been cleared down fr the new season, but some of the age groups should be filled by now.

Have a look and see if it fits your bill.

    cheers

if you go to ASP.NET programming language you can have 3 complete websites:

    Club Site Starter Kit

A starting point for creating a web site for your club or organization. Includes a news posting, calendaring, member directory, and photo album systems. Create news announcements and news articles with photos or links to a photo album. Create and view Membership lists of club members. Create photo albums and share the photos from your club activities.

    Codeplex Club Site Starter Kit

The Codeplex Club Web Site in an open-source project that enhances the original Club starter kit. The project provides an extended architecture, improved Photo and Blogging components, and better administration options.

    Extended Club Site Starter Kit

The Extended Club Web Site provides an extended version of the original Club starter kit. New administration pages provide for the management of user roles and of the site map structure. Web Parts allow the user to personalize the home page, and alternative Themes allow the user to select the site’s appearance.

    Hope it helps!
