Joomla is pretty straight forward to set up. Once in there its a case of creating pages and allocating them to menus. You can buy a site template to give a professional look and feel that can be tailored fairly easily if you have HTML,CSS and PHP knowledge.

Work to install joomla on ther server is about 2 hours from start to finish.
Setting up the menus and pages takes around 5 hours for all thteams they had.
Template and additional components, which are free from the Joomla website takes around 3 hours to setup and configure.

The setup that was designed allowed all managers to potentially change other tems pages, but in practice this wasn't an issue.

This is exactly what I'm looking for thanks, however I have no skill in this language, is there anybody willing to build me a template based on a site I can show you, willing to pay.
