HSBC ePayments CPi set up

Hi there,

I'm after a bit of advice regarding setting up the HSBC ePayments CPi system. Does anyone have any experience out there?

The instructions from HSBC are so vague and I'm struggling at the moment. I've managed to set up and run the sample files provided, but I end up being directed to a results page with the following message:
