    Default Grabbing info from a page

    Is there a way of grabbing info from a site that does not have an RSS feed

    I wish to pull only the league table from http://www.nottsseniorleague.co.uk/s...isiontable.htm

    The junior leagues use RSS but the seniors can not be bothered with all that
