    Default helm 4

I was reading the few posts relating to ruby here and picked up that it wouldn't be supported until helm 4 was deployed. Now that it seems to be well on are there any plans to upgrade? Really want to get into ruby development.

We will not be upgrading to Helm 4, instead we will eventually be migrating to a custom built in-house control panel. However, I cannot say whether we will definitely support Ruby at that point.

Thanks for getting back to me, are you talking months or years for the custom built CP?

We are hoping to roll out our new websites and control panels before the end of the current fiscal year (ends March 2010).

    Default Functionality Reassurance

    Hi Warren

Any chance of a general statement regarding the level of functionality which will be afforded? I am thinking of becoming a reseller, and was very pleased with the functionality Helm 3 affords in this regard, but I am now (obviously) hesitant, as the very near future brings uncertain functionality.

Can you make any general statements re-equivalent/improved functionality. Also by "Custom" solution is this developed in-house or customising a more widely used solution with a robust history?

Sorry to push you for info, but I would assume you have probably supplied this info to resellers already in the resellers private forum.

Certainly - the functionality will at least match that currently provided by Helm 3, resellers needn't worry about loosing any functions they currently depend upon.

    Hi Warren,

Just checking on the status of this again as we are a good bit closer to the tax year end. Could you fill us in on the development stage of the new cp system.

    Many Thanks

    Tim
