Default Modus Email Folder Sync or Backup

My client has folders setup in Modus as well as Sent Items etc and needs to transfer them to his googlemail account without forwarding them as it would take ages.

I know you can use the google email uploader but how can I download the folders and sent items from Modus using Outlook?

    Thanks,

    Ste

Connecting using IMAP should enable you to access the folders.

Do I need to enable imap in helm?

Do I just use mail.mydomain.co.uk as the servers?

No, all accounts are enabled for IMAP access already.

I have setup a new account in outlook for imap but it will not connect giving this error.

Task 'Checking for new mail in subscribed folders on mail.sbowker.co.uk.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook is unable to download folder (null) from the IMAP e-mail server for account mail.sbowker.co.uk. Error: Unable to connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Are there any imap setup tutorials incase I am making a silly error

    Thanks

Humm, you know, it would be a lie if I said I hadn't seen that same alert before, but I can't for the life of me think when or what if anything I found as a fix for it.

I don't use or have Outlook, so can't test connecting with it, I'm afraid.
