Default Taking a domain name by force (legally)

    Dear all,

I wondering if someone could give me some advise. I have a client who's domain name was registered by someone who is now un-contactable. They do not know any account details to transfer the domain.

I wish to transfer the domain to my RFH account. Any ideas how I can take control of the domain legally, the register is (if it helps): Network Solutions LLC (R63-LROR)
    Regards

This is something I've encountered before, here are Network Solution's own instructions:

To initiate a Primary Contact Replacement form:
    1. Open a Web browser (e.g., Netscape, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.)
    2. Type https://www.networksolutions.com/en_...rget-login.jsp in the address line then press the enter key.
    3. In the Retrieve Your User ID section, type your domain name in the Enter a domain name text box then click on the Continue button.
    4. Select the radio button next to I am not one of the above contact(s). I am the current designated representative of [company name] and need to gain access to the account to manage the organization's domain name registrations then click on the Continue button.
    5. Scroll to the bottom of the page to enter your User information
-If you are a current Customer, type your User ID and password in the appropriate text boxes and click on the Login button.
-If you are a new Customer or need to create a new log in, click on the Get Started button. Type your Account Holder (Account Contact) Information and Login Information in the text boxes and click on the Save button.
    6. Click on the Create Fax Form button.
    7. Confirm the contact information on the Primary Account Contact Change Form.
    8. Print the Primary Account Contact Change Form on your company letterhead or stationery and fax it along with any additional required information to 1-571-434-4629:
-If you do not have company letterhead or stationery, please include a copy of your business license.
-Please note that the address on your company letterhead or business license must match the address we have on file for the account holder. If your address has changed, please include a copy of a current utility bill with an address that matches the letterhead address.
-You must be an authorized representative of the organization and must include your title and signature at the bottom of the form.
-Tape or place your photo ID in the area provided on the form when sending the fax. (Note: Select a lighter setting on your fax machine when faxing or making a copy of your photo identification. Images transmit darker when sent by fax and may become too dark to be legible).
-Test the legibility of your documents before faxing your request as illegible faxes will not be processed.

Incomplete faxes or multiple submissions will not be processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your fax request to be reviewed. Once reviewed, we will contact you with further information concerning your request.
