The new Helm - domain purchases

Hi Warren



A quick question regarding the current and proposed situations re: reselling and client domain purchase.

As it currently stands I know that resellers can't provide reselling accounts, and that this is likely to be a new function provided in your new solution intended for delivery before the end of the fiscal year.

1) At present can a reseller provide a domain purchase solution to his/her clients through Helm 3?
2) Will this function be available in the new software solution?

Here's part of the info you want. There is a manual facility for customers to buy domains in H3 but you will still need to process the registrations with the appropriate registrar.
Have a look in the reseller demo account Navigate to Account Settings > Domain Reg Settings.
This bit is where you can add the tld's you offer, and the price for reg, transfer and renew plus the renewal interval, unfortunately the demo doesn't let you see that much.
