Aaargh!! That will be a MAJOR problem for me as I have several client domains where custom MX records have been configured to route their mail via external spam filtering service and/or mail is forwarded directly to IP address of their own internal mail server. If this is reset to default DNS zone records they will either lose mail completely or suddenly see a huge increase in spam!
Warren how can this issue be resolved, or failing that at least co-ordinated so I will know PRECISELY when you are changing over the domains affected and ensure the DNS zone records are can therefore correct the zone records right away. THIS IS A CRUCIAL ISSUE AND, AS OTHER CLIENTS MAY BE AFFECTED BY THIS - WHICH COULD HAVE MAJOR REPERCUSSIONS FOR THEM TO, I REALLY FEEL YOU NEED TO SEND OUT AN UPDATE MAILING TO ALERT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO THIS ISSUE!
