Not as far as I am aware, are you still getting delivery failure to hotmail addresses?

Does anyone know if this is an intentional omittance or can it be re-implemented?
It is true that we had to drop SMTP submission port 366 in favour of port 587; however both ports 25 and 587 are open - I am able to connect to from here?

Everything did go to plan apart from the data transfer taking much longer than expected and a few other bits and bobs like no longer having port 366.

I would advise anybody to login to webmail now and explore to see the features available.

Is there still a backlog? We got a bunch of e-mail through at around midday, but I've sent mail since and not had replies or even delivery receipts back that I was expecting...

Not that we're aware of? Open a ticket if you think something isn't quite right and we'll take a look for you.

Yes - just had a client on the phone saying hotmail emails are bouncing back.

I have just emailed my hotmail account from two different mailboxes on two different new mail servers - both were instantly received?

sorry i've just had clarification from my client. it is actually a yahoo.com account.

Reason: Remote host said: 421 Message from (89.238.132.210) temporarily
deferred - 4.16.50. Please refer to

If that's the case then Yahoo is indeed restricting the flow of mail, however 4.16.50 is a minor defer so it shouldn't last long. Yahoo overreact to their users clicking the "this is spam" button, when actually users are too lazy to unsubscribe from mailing lists or even consider what they're doing

While the new web mail facilities seem to include all sorts of reporting on statistics, I can't see how to generate an equivalent of the daily quarantine report that we had previously. I find my customers prefer to have a quarantine list delivered to them daily and not have to log in to webmail to view the Junk folder. Is it possible to recreate this report?
