I've searched high & low but can't find anything, so contemplating writing something myself.
I have two requirements -
1. A solution to allow me to have more MRA's than that given to me in my package and especially something which gives users who don't have permssion on the MRA an error telling them so. I'm sure this would be a simple thing to do with PHP and a cron job.

2. An email newsletter solution that allows me or others to send an email to the list with the newsletter contents rather than creating it via a web form. I need the functionality to allow users to subscribe/unsubscribe via a web form, deal with bounced emails etc (just the standard functionality). I can't believe that none of the products I have looked at allow you to send an email rather than using a web form to create the newsletter. Again, it would require a cron job. I have looked at phplist combined with mail2list but the cron functionality doesn't exist in the latest version, and indeed it looks like the original developer isn't working on mail2list anymore.
