From experience in $dayjob, SpamCannibal are a bunch of cowboys and should not be trusted. They refused to de-list a FTSE100 company from their list causing untold nightmares for us. So many peole seem to trust them it's unreal, considering their tactics.
But the mail server is listed on spamhaus.org...!!!!
So if it wasn't for white listing local mail servers, even cross domain delivery might be spam tagged..

I have the same problem with one of my clients, they ***** about the mail service - which isn't THAT bad - but are not willing to pay for a proper solution, so they continue to use the shared solution and moan. I then end up passing on the moaning to RF. But I think Warren is right, it is shared hosting and it's not costing a lot.
For the amount they spend, they should quit the *****ing. Their monthly spend on telephone calls is massive compared to the amount they pay for email service, but it is clear they value the email more as if enables them to pass files and have a paper trial of a conversation..... but they just won't pay more.
I think it was Rappie who suggested to use google's mail as replacement - which is free up to 50 accounts. It is a good service, but you are using google..... it was covered in this thread http://forums.redfoxuk.com/threads/6......?highlight=

I meant a different RFH email server, that operates from a different IP address (that isn't black listed) but is integrated within Helm..
I'm sure other email platforms such as Google are better, but would require external management from RFH, which isn't very practical having one interface for one thing and another interface for something else. If they didnt mind that, I'd be selling them Hosting Exchange anyway..
It's hard enough getting clients to use 1 control panel, let alone multiple ones...
Of course they could also use their ISP's smtp server for outgoing mail - but that could also get blacklisted of course.
yeah, providing they do use the ISP SMTP servers and not their own IPs which are more likely to get flagged.
