Default Do I need to create an ftp account on new Domain Account?

    Hi All,

I'm new to Red Fox and impressed how easy it was to set up my first shared domain, however I cannot find a generic ftp account for my domain and when I try to set up one from the Domain Menu (pointing to [wwwroot]) I get an error message saying cannot set up ftp account I get a message "Unable to add FTP account"

Bit stuck as I can't upload my site

Any/all advice would be gratefully received.

    Best

    Rob

You should be able to set one up via Helm but it appears to be broken ATM.

    Hello Rob,
The problem creating new FTP accounts on domains (old and new) has now been resolved, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
