    Default Krypton down

Krypton is down. Critical ticket posted 3 hours ago... no response... Warren was online at 4am, probably still in bed.

When are we going to start getting a reasonable level of support in normal business hours? It never used to be like this.

Yup... it's down and no indication on the server status pages that it is. Can't get to the support tickets to raise it either. I hope someone is working on it!

I raised a support ticket a littler earlier (about 10 o'clock) and it'd been down since just after 7.

    Both my sites are down.

Not sure if email is affected?

I don't suppose anyone has any sort of update at all? The server is replying to pings now, at least, but there seem to be other problems. As usual, really not enjoying being kept in the dark.

Last night it was back up, but this morning I'm getting "Bad Request (Invalid Hostname)" on one site - anyone else got this problem?
