The hosting is great when it is working, but when it's down then it's down.

Suggestion: There are few dedicated users/resellers who could be assigned by Warren to be able to view urgent issues and should be able to contact Warren directly when they think the problem can be solved by him. I mean his mobile number.

Yeah, I am seeing that KYRPTON seems to be slow, but not down at the moment. :|
