    Default Reset App Pool option is gone?

    For some time I don't use it, but today my website seams down, though all other services work fine like email, ftp, etc...

    And even the prorogation url does not work, so I wanted to restart the Application Pool ... but I can no longer find the button for it...

    is it gone?

    Not sure about normal shared hosting but it's still there in premier hosting under Web Site Settings for each domain.

    This is correct, Application Pools are only used with Premier hosting.

    Is a Reseller account a premium account?

    I don't have any button, but I do remember that I had it before...

    It would have been underneath "Directory Browsing" in the top box on that page.

    A normal reseller account isn't Premier hosting.
