Please help, I have set up a new site in my HELM control panel, I have done this before in the pas for many other sites, unfortuntely I cannot login via FTP for some reason?!

Thanks, tried deleting and readding. still not working, also, FTP not working on another site I recently added but says Server has hung up.
I have submitted support tickets but not yet had a reply, this was 5 days ago?!
