I am having a similar problem with my domain the-heart.co.uk which I am transferring from 123 to RFH. I have just raised a support ticket too.

Helm shows the name servers as ns1 thru ns4.redfoxhosting.com, however, whois shows:
    Domain name:
    the-heart.co.uk

    Registrant's address:
The registrant is a non-trading individual who has opted to have their
address omitted from the WHOIS service.

    Registrar:
    eNom, Inc. [Tag = ENOM]
    URL: http://www.enom.com

    Relevant dates:
    Registered on: 19-Dec-2011
    Renewal date: 19-Dec-2013
    Last updated: 19-Dec-2011

    Registration status:
    Registration request being processed.

    Name servers:
    ns.123-reg.co.uk
    ns2.123-reg.co.uk

WHOIS lookup made at 09:31:25 20-Dec-2011

Helm only shows you the nameservers which should be set on the domain via its domain registrar, not the nameservers actually in use. The WHOIS shows the nameservers are still set to 123-reg.co.uk nameservers and therefore need updating accordingly. If the domain name has just been transferred into us, we do not change the nameservers automatically (since this may not be the customers intention) however they can be changed if required via My Red Fox Hosting.

Has your site been fixed now? Mine is still in the same state as the one you describe and no-one has looked at my problem ticket (or if they have - no-one has contacted me)
